Mental Performance Consulting

Mental performance consulting is designed to improve the experience of your sport. The more competitive we get, the more likely we are to lose our passion. When passion diminishes, performance is threatened. When performance isn't as productive, we place pressure on ourselves to improve. Often, this becomes personal, and we call our worth into question. This can distort healthy competition into feeling consumed by anxiety and doubt, thus threatening our passion all over again.

 

This work is intended for individual athletes, teams, and coaches wanting to improve; whether you’re facing performance anxiety, a team that’s lost its identity, or culture struggles. We function best when we feel our best mentally and emotionally—there’s no separating mental from physical in sport. Great players and coaches tap into something shared at the core: identity.
